Was part of a wedding party and stayed at the hotel. Rooms were large, well furnished, clean and well-lit. The lobby was spacious with diffuse lighting from a vaulted ceiling and beautiful, live green plants in the lobby below. There was even a small 'stream' that flowed through though I did not see any fish in it.

I enjoyed my stay here, it was quiet and everyone was friendly. My daughter and I really enjoyed the time that we spent here. I also like the complementary breakfast and drink at the bar. The food was really good, the hotel was clean.

The hotel is located near great shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always greeting us and asking if there is anything they could help with. They have a very nice complimentary managers reception every evening with wine, beer, mixed drinks and snacks.

My husband and I stayed one night to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. At the manager's reception we drank our fill of spirits and enjoyed the company of the serving staff. My wife & I stay at the Embassy whenever we travel to Cleveland. It is beautiful, the resturaunt is great, & all of the accomadations are fantastic. The staff go out of their way to help in all situations. I would tell anyone to experience a stay at Embassy Suites whenever they travel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Embassy Suites hotel was a very happy surprise...excellent staff, everyone greets the guests, asks if you need anything, and follows through. I would happily return. Complimentary breakfast and cocktail reception are very good...can't beat this value.
