“Beautiful view ,good Bed and nice hosts”

Beautiful spot and will be staying again soon.The Motel gives the great access to the main street of Mannum and the river ,there is some great little Antique shops and is only less than 2 hours from Adelaide and about an hour from the Barossa ,great little spot.

I read previous reviews on this place and foud them to be underating it somewhat. Sure, the rooms may be a little "DATED", but then again so am I!. My first priority is cleanliness with a capital "C"! The Mannum Motel I rate at 5 stars in this regard. My second and third priorities are a comfortable bed and space.... More

“Does what it says on the tin!”

Does what it says on the tin! Clean, comfortable but basic. The only bonus was the charming Receptionist, Bernadette. She was welcoming and informative. WiFi very expensive - $25 for 5 hours was the best offer! Bed comfortable; lots of hot water and toilet paper in shower room but only one little bar of soap and a shower cup. Fridge... More

We made the mistake of staying here whilst we were touring the Murray River area. The motel was modern in the 70's but nothing has been done to it since. It is disappointing to read a report like this, at this stage I haven't heard of any concerns raised, but also haven't been into the office yet either. The pool unfortunately is out of action until a new pump arrives- in hind sight the gate should have been locked but that then stops access to the BBQ and tennis area.... More

“four minute shower”

although we have stayed in the mannum motel on a number of occasions and have been quite happy with the plain but dated styling. The rooms are clean and service is fine, but even though we are all doing our bit for the environment, a four minutes of warm water in the shower is totally unacceptable on a cold winters... More

Thanks for letting us know about the hot water - every room has its own unit and will get it checked out. The drunks....
