This is the ideal place to stay if you're visiting Chatsworth House and the Yorkshire Sculpture Garden in Wakefield. A real treat. I am a native of Derbyshire but live in the US every year I return to Derbyshire to visit friends and family. I adore Horsleygate it is peaceful, with beautiful gardens and surrounding countryside. Mr. Mrs Ford make me feel welcome without intruding when I stay in one of their cottages. I can never wait to go back again.
