We paid £175 for a standard room for 1 night. Despite the room service menu offering items they where unavailable when ordering via the phone. Draft beer awful and undrinkable, both carsberg and San Miguel tasted 'off', we where offered bottled beer for the same cost, yet half the amount. Very over priced would not stay again

Me and my husband stayed here following a funeral away from home. I explained to the staff why we were late and they were so helpful and courteous.
