Can't say enough about this place. We went in late March 2013, snow everywhere. The check-in area was obviously redone recently - very nice. The pool was great and there were several outdoor hot tubs. Excellent service and very pleasant staff. Got a reservation at the fantastic - really gourmet - restaurant on the premises. Excellent service and quality there... More

We stayed here for a long weekend in Feb. The setting is pretty and its right on the lake which was completely frozen. We were not very impressed with the rooms though. We have stayed at other RCI resorts and this one did not match up to them. The Kitchenette was very small area by the door and there was... More

L'Auberge du Lac Morency hosted a conference I attended and I spent 2 nights in one of there standard hotel rooms (building E with queen bed and kitchenette). The room was comfy and had all the amenities you would need for an extended stay (dishes, fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven, etc). The bathroom was very nice and the jet tub... More

My partner and I recently visited Auberge du Lac Morency for a little vacation! We picked the spot because it seemed a bit more secluded then the close-by ski towns -- and we wanted a big more calm then something too touristy could offer. Auberge du Lac Morency definitely delivered! The manager at the front desk was beyond kind and... More

Not much to say. My wife and I started coming here three years ago, once a year, for a snowmobile weekend. Each year we stay in a two story, two br townhouse. This year, we went the last weekend in February and brought the kids. The trails were in excellent shape and the riding was fantastic. The staff is always friendly... More

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon stay at the Auberge. We'd advise to get clear directions on how to get there, Google maps made it a little tricky for us to find the spot. The two floor cabin was beautiful, and room service was friendly. The restaurant was a special treat, the food was of an excellent value. There... More

Just leaving a long weekend getaway and having mixed reviews. Beautiful beautiful surroundings but I found it hard to believe that this place is valued at $165-200 a night. We stayed in a condo, two bedrooms with kitchen and fireplace. I didn't think a resort like that should have you pay for logs, towels and sheets when a regular hotel... More

Getting here requires you to drive a long distance over winding single lane road. The drive is very scenic. If you are the driver keep your eyes on the road if you want to avoid an accident. The first word that comes to my mind to describe the Wyndham Club GeoPremiere at Auberge du Lac Morency is rustic. This resort... More

The environment is gorgeous as well as the activities, but the installations, services and material are NOT related to a 4 stars! (2 at the MOST) Rough towels, bedspread similar to what you would find in a cheap motel, people at the restaurant ignoring us ( we asked 3 times for water once) and the condos look nothing like the... Marie R. Thank you for recognizing that environment is gorgeous as well as our activities. Everything is taken into consideration in order to attain a high level of excellence that our clientele will no doubt appreciate. For example, our Director wanted to offer smoked meats and fish… a smoker was thus built which allows our chef to express his originality. Your visit to the Auberge du Lac Morency wouldn’t be complete without having tasted our smoked salmon! Why not try it with a glass of white wine chosen from the hundreds of choices present on our wine card.Early on Sunday mornings, at the chez Hippolyte restaurant, our entire team prepares to serve our delicious brunch. Brioches, croissants, fine cheeses, fruits, salads and cooked meats are on the menu and will make both young and old wish they could eat more. Our table d’hôte is changed regularly, usually as the seasons themselves do. Our chef chooses lighter foods for the warmer seasons and richer ingredients in the winter. Our Spa:We offer Swedish and hot volcanic rock massages. Esthetic and body wrap treatments are also available.Offer yourself this precious gift and you will find balance between your body and soul.Hope to see you all in the laurentians! ... more   less
