First off, they couldn't book us the proper room for the right amount of people I had called in about previous to arriving, and the front desk lady was extremely rude about changing us to a larger room when we arrived due to a different price. Very pleasant staff and management. Really enjoyed use of the pool facilities and coffee shop etc. Would definately stay here again! Felt very safe with 24-hour survelliance.

Minor problems: made reservations for specific room (number and type of beds) but given wrong room at check in....Correct room had broken window lock on 1st floor room...broken hair dryer, tried hairdryer in 2 other rooms with staff permission (people had checked out already) before finding one that worked.
