A basic motel. Clean enough. Reasonable price. Good location when you are having to get that dreadful Air Canada 5:40 flight to Toronto. Comfortable bed. The restaurant was okay, but not great for the price.

After a late flight in, was not about to drive and deal with the moose on the road. Would consider this an average hotel. The outside of the hotel looks unkept, but our room was clean and comfortable. The stairs and sometimes the halls seemed to have a little bit of a musty odor. Stayed for one night before an early morning flight. Pluses: The motel is very close to the airport and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room we were given was tiny, old and needed renovation. The bed was awful. The restaurant is OK and it's close to the airport. Beyond that there is nothing to recommend this place. Big city prices for poor accomodations.

I had flown in at 9 pm and did not want to drive far... Was comfortable. Nothing special " real motel" . Apparently this spring few km down the road there is a holiday inn opening. So next time I will book that.

Stayed here for a full week, room was a bit outdated/old, but it was clean. They are currently doing renovations due to the fact there is a new holiday inn express coming to town. Gonna be stiff competition of them.

Agreed that this hotel is about $30 - $50 overpriced and was created in the 50's or 60's but it was the closest to the airport of all the hotels in Deer Lake. It is right on the Trans Canadian highway so you can go North or South immediately from the hotel. There is plenty of parking at the front... More
