Very pleasant to stay on the site of 'Village Acadien". We enjoyed very much the diner-show.
The hotel itself is charming, clean, well decorated, peaceful. Being able to walk around the restored village was also fun. We did the dinner show. There were three musicians: keyboard,violin, and guitar.(sometimes accordian). They were AWESOME! On a month long driving tour of Eastern Canada we stopped at Caraquet, New Brunswick, lured in by the signs advertising the historic Acadian Village. This is a very well conceived historical recontstruction/restoration of a variety of heritage buildings.
