I stayed in Ramada Cold Lake for 5 days for a business trip. It is a nice hotel. Room is clean and tidy, staff is very friendly, breakfast is fresh. The only problem of my stay is the toilet was a little stuck, I called front desk, and the maintenance people came to my room very soon and fix it... More

The hotel was very nice clean n freindly but on two seperate incidents i had to have my room keys reprogrammed once after workin 15hrs all night.no brrakfast was a downer. Overall not bad but service could be better i e people being at the front desk.
