Arrived late to the hotel, walked in an immediately smelled smoke. Went to the front desk but they wouldn't change the room or give us a discount. Hotel was very dirty as well. No towels when kids went swimming in am either.

We are sorry about your stay. Our Hotel is a Smoke Free Hotel. In fact the whole state of ND is now smoke free. I did see you had been located closed to an exit, We hope that no one was smoking out that end with the door ajar. That would explain the smell. we do have signs posted telling... More

“stranded in bismarck”

Good stay , wasn't a planned trip but due to mother nature our choices very limited,,, Comfortable beds, couch in room , clean rooms and facility...awsome staff!!! And really loved how the national guard was there staying too...very professional soldiers... thank you Ramada limited for turning my ruined weekend into a nice relaxed night!
