It started with them not having my room ready at 2:30PM. The service ranged from lackluster to ambivalent and then to crown an absolutely lackluster stay I was awakened on my final morning stay by a huge cockroach scratching at me as I slept.

Lovely old brick cotton mill now hotel. Well chosen antique furnishings add to authentic style. Big big rooms & bathroom make for a comfortable stay with free wifi, parking & decent continental breakfast adding to the good value. Much nicer than a boring chain.
