Woke up a 1:00 am with a bed bug walking across my face. I went to the front desk and demanded a taxi to a different hotel. The desk clerk did not act surprised and complied immediately to my request. The hotel is nice, but the bed bugs put me over the edge! More

This is one of the greatest chain hotel rooms we've ever had, and the rate we received was fantastic.
