Desk staff couldn't confirm the proper group rate that had been negotiated in advance, nor could she cpabaly handle splitting the billing for two rooms, each across two credit cards. She was very confused. Check out was worse.

I was not aware that the hotel is undergoing a major renovation which it definitely sorely needed. It looks like an aging hotel that was neglected for a long time. The renovation causes a lot of inconvenience and many amenities are missing like business center and exercise room. Breakfast is average but missing hot items.
