This is the third time we have stayed here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Azalea Cottage is where we always stay since we like the king sized bed and also have a pet. The room had been updated since we were here last - new furniture, new flooring, etc. It is so nice to hear the birds... More

This Inn has so much potential but honestly is NOT ready for guests of any kind!! Upon entering our "cottage" we were struck by the uncleanliness of the place--a 9 inch old fashioned TV stuck on a book shelf at an angle-a very uncomfortable sofa...NO Alarm Clock, NO PHONE, and the worst was the bathroom with a toilet that was... The room was very clean, a little small and had decent rustic decorating. The breakfast we had at the restaurant was very good and the workers were very nice. The problem that we had is that the roof is made of tin or some type of medal and all night long we were awoken by acorns dropping on the roof!... More

We had our New Years Eve dinner with friends and had a great time. The meal was excellent and so was the service. The restaurant has a great atmosphere. This was our fourth New Years Eve dinner at the Old Stone Inn. We defiantly will be back.

Stayed 5 nights and used the 5 night vacation deal. Room was good and clean, although we had a spider as a guest the first night!-house keeping took care of him and his web on the ceiling the next day. Room should have a fridge at this price point, but does not. Driveway needs attention or patching of asphalt. Diner... More

My husband and I stayed for one night at the Old Stone Inn. The Inn is tucked away off the main drag, but is still within walking distance to shops and restaurants (a little less than a mile's walk). I was happy that we were allowed to check-in a couple hours early, so it was nice of them to let... More

We recently had dinner at the Old Stone Inn with two other couples. The deteriorated condition of the driveway upon our arrival was a precursor of things to come. The service was sad, the food was barely passable and, at the end of it all, the waiter kept messing up the bills and charges and coming back for my Amex... More

We just spent three nights in the Mountain Laurel Cabin. It was clean with the basic necessities and smelled very musty, but with windows open it really was quite delightful to sit on the back deck under the trees in total privacy. We did not use the rocking chairs on the front porch as the view was of the back... More

For the second year, we chose to eat at the Old Stone Inn and had as great an experience as the first time. The food is great and courses are served at a leisurely place allowing for "dining" rather than just eating. The filet was done to perfection as were the crab cakes. Desserts were ample...full bar and a great... More

Enjoyed my time at the Old Stone Inn. I stayed in Mountain Laurel cabin, a charming rustic cabin with modern conveniences. Had a refrigerator, air conditioning and tv. Also happy to see that they allow pets for future visits. Had a delicious gourmet meal in the dining room with Rack of Lamb and it was very good. Only thing I... More
