Although this hotel has been there for years, they have kept it up to date and comfortable. It has a "family owned atmosphere" with friendly staff and even benches to sit on outside and take in the incredible views. I booked through Priceline and got a nice room for under $70 per night. Bed was comfy, had plenty of hot... More

It was a cold dreary day as we arrived at Smoky Mtn Inn, however our damp spirits were warmed by the friendly & helpful lady that got us checked into our spacious room. Room was very clean and everything was in perfect working condition with one exception. The shower head has to go. Small thing I know but it would... More

We cruised in here without much planning. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She took care of us, and we spent a restful night. The room was clean and good sized. Nice view of the mountains. Good price. Would stay here again. More

Thankfully the staff is great and the hotel is convenient to everything in the area. The pool is great and the view is stunning. Parking is very convenient even if you are on the second floor, you can park on the top side and walk through the breezeway to your room. Now for the bad... I have stayed at the... More

We came off of the Blue Ridge Parkway and were thankful for the large room and good dinner advice - "Bogarts" was super yummy. Our room was a little outdated but clean. We needed a blanket... A great little town, we couldn't stay for the Apple Festival though. Too bad. More

This hotel is situated up a steep slope, and you can see the mountains in the distance... The hotel was better than expected, with mini kitchenette. It is spacious and was spotlessly clean! More

This motel is no Hilton but if you want a clean, quiet and nice staff then this is the right place to stay. The room was very quiet which is an absolute requirement for us. It was clean with comfortable beds and we woke the next morning to find some beautiful flowers and plants around us. There was also a... More

We ask for a quiet room with a view and ended up with a room on the back side with no view and a drunken and foul language party of 12-15 people going on directly outside our room until after 9PM. They were construction works who the desk clerk said had been there for 30 days and she could do... More

This place was one of the nicest we've ever stayed in. The staff were wonderful, our room was very clean, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the landscaping and grounds were perfectly manicured. I'd recommend this to anyone as a great place to stay. More

Tried to get a roomlast minute in Bryson city, this was closest avaliable (40 miles away) and at midnight we were ready to say just about anywhere decent that we could find. We found this Best Western by accident and were glad we did. Room was hugh and well kept, bed was so comfy and the air was ICE cold.... More
