About 5kms outside Tanunda, this place is fantastic. Very welcoming, and spotlessly clean. The personal touches like the delicious handmade bread and eggs for breakfast were so tasty. We spent two nights at Blickinstal and loved it. The view was incredible, and the location perfect in the middle of all the Barossa has to offer. Sue (the host) was so lovely, and an incredible cook! It was perfect.

We stayed in the Dove Cote studio, owned by the Blikinstal Retreat folks. The studio was delightful, if a little 'cutsie'...it had all we could want - the kitchen, tucked away behind cupboards was fabulous and we were able to cook up a storm with the generous provisions left for us for breaky.
