Room photo online was not what we were given. Rooms need to be badly updated. Room we stayed in was very dirty, hadn't been cleaned at all. Furniture was sticky due to lack of cleaning and polishing. Wouldn't stay again next time we come down to Nerang. Restaurant was excellent. Food delicious, very clean and up to date.

Stayed on a recent weekend for a 21st party. The room was clean and is in a handy location (next to Nerang River Plaza). The meal in the restaurant was of a good quality and service was equally as good. The hotel has been refurbished and has a good layout which includes a well resourced kids room.

Badly in need of some work all round. But I think it was clean, although it was hard to tell because everything was so tatty. A very strange layout with bare concrete corridors and stairways taking you god knows where .... If all you want is a bed in Nerang for one night, then it was quite adequate.
