A clean and spacious room, huge bathroom (although an oddly tiny shower) with top quality fittings that look like they're brand new plus helpful, friendly owners. This is a comfortable place to stay in an interesting town.

Stayed for two nights and found the owners friendly, the rooms spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was good and the motel is conveniently located near the club and pub, and a short walk from the wharf. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night here on our trip to Victoria. Booked ahead but don't think we needed to. Location was great as we just walked across the road to Fishermans club for dinner. Had an upstairs room which had a lovely view of ocean. Room comfortable and warm on a cold night. Some gret walks around Eden.

Stayed at the Heritage for the third time, for a couple of nights over the Easter break. A two bedroom unit for the three of us was perfectly comfortable and clean. Plenty of space in the unit for when our local friends came to visit. Can't recommend this place highly enough as the best place to stay in Eden.
