This could be a lovely hotel: the grounds are beautiful and the rooms are large. But it is very poorly maintained. On two mornings there was no hot water; the lighting in the bathroom is almost non-existent; and on one cold night there was no heat. This is all a function of the fact that this is a Government-run hotel....
