Extremely disappointed. We were not informed that construction is everywhere, and nothing is up and running. We were charged full price anyway. WE love Hatteras KOA and won't stay elsewhere! Yes there is SAND when you are parked right next to the beach! Yes there are bugs...yes the WIFI can be spotty - you are on a SANDBAR!
