Had a very long stay at this hotel...from nov.7- feb.2. They staff were extremely friendly and outgoing. Really had no issues with any of my stay. I know one the someone on the floor was extremely loud. Made one phone call to the desk and they reacted very fast to the issue. More

My husband travels almost weekly on business and has stayed in hotels all over the country. Never has he complained about any of them until now. He sent me the following email message this morning describing his stay at this less than stellar Holiday Inn: "For the first time in my years of staying at a Holiday Inn, I am... More

The Holiday Inn is a nice bargain in the area. It is right off of Capitol Blvd in the Northside of Raleigh, only 12 minutes from the Wake Forest area. Clean, has restaurant on site. If working on business has large lobby to conduct interviews or meetings. More

This hotel is located right off US1 making it a convenient place to stop. The desk staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean for an older property. My only issue was the pool/hottub area, which was open - but not maintained very well. The water had a lot of debris floating in it, and the filters don't... More

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Raleigh North on several different occasions. The most recent being a two week stay with one week remaining for training. The rooms, with their new 32” flat screen televisions and facility are very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great breakfast bar and restaurant on site with a... More

The rooms are very clean and the cleaning staff are very proficient in keeping the rooms tidy in a timely manner and are very polite. The breakfast and supper are great along... More

A recent work conference held at this location brought me to this hotel blocks from my office and a few miles from my home. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. Comfortable bed, plush towels, hot breakfast. The conference facilities were also very nice. It was perfect for our small organization and the needs of our conference. Great location, too. More

After reading more recent reviews, I felt compelled to provide a review of this hotel. I agree that the staff was wonderful. However, the feigned surprise when I complained of the sewage smell in our room was disturbing. (there were glade stick ups in the wall sockets Even the air fresheners did not alleviate the stink. I bought scented candles... More

My family of four was assigned to a non-smoking room located on the fifth floor. Beware of the fifth floor! It is a smoking floor that smells overwhelmingly of a sweet deodorizer that the hotel uses to mask the smell of stale smoke emanating from all the smoking rooms. We called the front desk immediately to ask to be moved,... More
