Many motels degrade with time, but not this Best Western in Monroe. Always clean, friendly, and comfortable, each stay is as relaxing as the last, if not more so. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I come to the south side of Charlotte. Thank you for making me feel like I'm home!

I stay here whenever I come to Monroe. The rooms are always extraordinarily clean, the service is exceptionally friendly, and the whole facility, especially the extra large inviting lobby is very welcoming. I wish we could clone this home away from home in every city in the country.

Great room, friendly service, good location. Will come back again. Excellent review on all aspects except for the electric room deodorizer. Was way too strong. Had to unplug and wrap in a plastic bag.
