Cross Winds Family Campground was able to accommodate our group of 30 for tent camping. The staff were amazing and friendly, and had very reasonable prices for ice and fire wood. The bath house is the cleanest campground bath house I've ever seen, and the kids really enjoyed the playground.

Spent the weekend with family while visiting carowinds and daughter had a blast. the childrens playground is amazing and all the children had a blast. camp sites are spaciuos and wooded and meticulous cean. all around excellant stay if you are in the area.

We camped here is a 27ft travel trailer. The sites were level and private. We chose this place because we were going to Charlotte Motor Speedway for the drag races. It was about a half hour ride to the track.
