Hotel location is excellent--just a short walk to the beach and nice views of the ocean from the balcony. While our room was small and did not have an ocean view, it was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. An excellent deal for the price. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great value, great service, free breakfast, great beach access! Met all the "ticks" of my vacation list. Staying on second floor warrants a nice view of the ocean from the back deck area with adirondack chairs. Easy access to the beach right from the back steps! Just over one dune and you're at the Atlantic Ocean. No regrets!

We stopped by without reservations and stayed a couple of nights here. Rates were reasonable, beds were VERY comfortable. Breakfast bar was very nice since it was more than just a continental. Older building, but very well maintained. Only complaint we had was the bathroom was quite small. We will stay again if we travel back to that area.
