This place is old and not updated. We had silverfish in our bathroom and the lobby is covered in cob webs and dust. Also the desk clerk was very rude. We enjoyed Highlands and the Highlands Suites hotel so much that we made 4 trips there in 2012. I can only say that the value was great...spacious room, clean, and a helpful staff. We know them by name (Earl and Rhonda are great). I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Stopped in at the last moment, holiday timing didn't cause any concerns, got a suite for two adults and two grandkids. Have stayed here once before, will stay again. We had an enjoyable stay and thought we received great value, The inn is right downtown and within walking distance of all the shops. The room was clean and well furnished. We will definitely return for another visit.

We stayed only two nights. But it was a wonderful stay. Clean rooms and nice breakfast room. the staff was very helpful and friendly. And the price was very good . The hotel is right in town so we was able to walk to everything, made it that much nicer. Will be back soon.
