“Surprisingly nice stay”

Our family stayed for the weekend. I was nervous that our room was located just above a large reception area and it was prom weekend. However, it was very quiet and the beds were quite comfortable. “Staff makes a difference.”

“Great Hotel”

My first visit to Hickory, North Carolina for a 2 day seminar. Also my first stay at any Crowne Plaza hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly fun to "chat" with. I am looking forward to my next visit!!
