“Hampton Inn & Suites Ashville / Fletcher”

Second visit. Each quite satisfactory. Loved the sauna and 2 hot tubs. Complimentary breakfast was great and lobby comfortable to relax in. Beds slept well. Pleasant and helpful staff. Place seemed very well managed. Coming up from Charlotte, ideal area near Ashville, Hendersonville and Brevard. Highly recommend it!

Room was clean and spacious (We had a suite.) The room and furnishings are beginning to show some age. Staff gets high marks. By the way, the room thermostat is behind the TV. The bathroom desperately needs a fan!

I have stayed at this hotel for years and will continue to do so, due to the excellent customer service that I hav received over the years. I have never had a problem and the staff is always very accomodating. Every customer is made to feel like a Hilton Honors Gold Member.

Very pleased with my stay. Will certainly stay again at this hotel when the opportunity arises. When we registered we were greeted with a very pleasant and cheerful young lady that even remembered us from previous stays at this hotel. “Near Parkridge Hospital”

Family member and I stayed here after she had outpatient surgery. It was convenient to the hospital and provided a special rate. Was an easy ride back to hospital for a recheck the next morning. Especially quiet and clean. Check in easy. Many restaurants nearby. No interaction with staff because we were being hermits during recovery.
