On the plus side the room was clean, except for the shower curtain which was covered on the bottom with black mold. No coffee maker in room. No decaf offered at the continental breakfast. Daily newspaper not offered. Grounds littered with cigarette butts. Conversation in adjoining rooms audible. I expect more for $70.

One of the cleanest motels I have stayed at, especially for the rate.
