Redeemed free night last night at this location. The hotel grounds, lobby, and rooms were very clean and crisp. The staff was above par with over the top customer service. It was just their attitude. Reaching out to say Hello. It was refreshing.

We traveled to Charlotte for an overnight getaway with NO KIDS. We were extremely satisfied with this hotel from the cleanliness of the room to the hospitality we received from the staff. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Excellent location, great facilities, the rooms are new and spacious, and the cookie greeting is fantastic. That's the good news. If you need a hotel near the CLT airport, this is the place to stay. Excellent van service, great restaurant and bar. Other food and beverage options very close by. The rooms are very large with the best beds in any hotel room. I'll definitely will be back. I Stayed for 6 weeks. You will not be disappointed.

I really liked the Doubletree. If cost was just a little less, it would be more likely that my company would be OK with me staying at a Doubletree. Since I could not stay for breakfast, they offered me extra Hilton Honor Points. The cookies were awesome! I also used the fitness center, which had good equipment and a scale!!... More

Hotel was a little further from interstate than I anticipated, but very clean and comfortable. Beds were a delight especially after a long travel day. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Reported a noisy air conditioner on checkout, but still got a decent night's sleep. Surprised by additional "in room Wifi" charge, but free in lobby.

Very nice hotel, clean, very friendly staff. Just no cell reception in the room. Other than that, it was great. You receive a fresh warm cookie upon arrival which is nice. Nice food selection, and again, very clean.

Honestly this is the best hotel out there hands down. The welcoming atmosphere and customer service is a plus, the beds are well worth the stay alone.
