We stayed for one night on our way to Florida. Air conditioner and TV would not work. We received complimentary breakfast to compensate for the fiasco. The front desk staff was prompt to help but this can't take away the fact we had a terrible night.

Went to Charlotte for the NASCAR race. Hotel was great service and directions to the track. The pool was very refreshing and the drinks at the bar were a big plus. A must stay when in Charlotte. Thank you!

We needed a facilities suitable for handicap (wife), and this hotel was EXCELLENT. Restaurant and lounge service was excellent and the food was very good. Departure arrangements to the airport were handled with efficiency.

The staff in the executive lounge were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The spinach salad at dinner was very good. Otherwise, the hotel is average in all other aspects. I would most likely not stay again and would opt for the Marriott that is next door.

The check-in was fast and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. I would have to say that the bed has to have been one of the most comfortable ones that I have slept in, in years. Will stay there again next time I'm in the Charlotte area.
