I had an issue with my key; it wouldn't open the door. After a long, tiring day, I walked back down to the front desk. Verna immediately remedied the situation with a bit of an upgrade. She was wonderful. She personified customer service.

Stayed here the night before catching a flight. Hotel was nice but my wife and I both got food poisoning in the hotel restaurant. Not a good flight next morning and it ruined two days of our trip. I told Marriott about it but didn't get a response.

Just held a series of 4 one day meetings. The staff was great to work with (Thanks Cori Lee) and everything was on time, as ordered, at the price agreed to. Everyone of the employees encountered were very customer centric. If you are meeting in the Charlotte area I suggest you check them out!!!!

Stayed for 3 nights and took the free shuttle bus from Charlotte airport. Check-in was quick, but I was assigned a terrible room which faced the elevators. It was a very nice hotel. Very clean & comfortable. Felt safe, the gym looks nice. There is nothing walking distance from this hotel but everything is with in 30 min drive. I will stay there again. The resturant had good food.

A solid comfortable experience--but oh my! decorated by Overstock.com and very disorienting if you arrive late and you are tired. We arrived 10pm in charlotte after a 16 hour drive, and had to ask 5 hotels, to find this one. It was hidden from sight behind tress & talll buildings. It took an hour to find it. The room was large suite with comfortable beds, very nice for price. Its about 10 mins from airport which was just fine and they have shuttle. But the front desk service was very bad. I wouldn't normally complain but it felt intentionally rude.
