We have stayed here twice now. Both stays we had excellent service and the rooms were clean. Nice beds and linens. Good selection at breakfast and the ability to order food. Close to Carrowinds :) More

Always try to stay at a Hyatt on my visit to Charlotte, NC. One foot in the door and we were greeted by the most friendly front desk staff who couldn't have helped us more. Our room was clean and the food we did order from their menu was top notch. breakfast was simple but great. I have no complaints. More

There are lots of mid-priced hotels in this area of south Charlotte, but this one would be hard to beat. Service was very professional (we arrived quite late but were still greeted by a human being).
