This was our second time staying at this Residence Inn and we want to thank you for such a great week. Our room was always clean, the shower was great, the breakfast was plentiful, and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. We will always recommend this Residence Inn.

This was my third long term stay at this Residence Inn. The room was clean, attractive, and relaxing. Hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was always abundant and delicious. The hotel was close to shopping and great eating. I will stay there on my next trip to Charlotte.

Great customer service(Kathy) during check in and check out. Breakfast was average, but they had a staff member to make your waffles. We are relocating to Charlotte and this place was perfect to set up shop for a long weekend. We were able to easily access all parts of Charlotte, plus the room was great. The kitchenette was useful and the staff was very friendly and informative. Definitely recommended!

We stayed in room 1103 over April 26-29. The set up of the suite was perfect for our family of five. Two bedrooms with queen bed and a living room with a pullout sofa.
