Everything about this hotel is nice except I had to listen to the toilet run all night and they didn't repair it as requested the next day. I had to turn the water off to sleep. Wifi was hit and mostly miss.

All of the important aspects were in place: clean, comfortable bed, wi-fi, newspapers, restaurants. When I had trouble hooking up to wi fi the staff was extremely helpful. We all stayed at the Courtyard while attending graduation and the staff made it a really pleasant experience. The rooms were all very attractive and super clean. Comfortable bed!! I frequently visit this Courtyard for business but brought the whole family for UNC graduation weekend. The staff greeted everyone with goodie bags on check in. This hotel makes me feel at home, it's warm, clean, has a little breakfast cafeteria that offers Starbucks coffee, an indoor pool, The staff is extremely polite and helpful.
