Our first time to the campground 5/6-10/2013. It was great. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great owners and lots to do. We recommend this campground. Very clean and the best fish we ever had.

If you ever want to get away for the week or just a weekend, you're best bet is to call Gunny at Kirkland creek campground. There are two cabins for 1-2 couples each. The cabin we stayed in was very clean. Gunny and his wife will do anything to make your stay as convenient as possible. PS. If you have... More

Over the past few years we have been to a few campgrounds but this one stood out the most. The campground was beauitful, including a pond with the water from the creek that was right in front of our cabin. Not only was the outside beautiful but the inside of the cabins were nice and cozy. The bathrooms were clean... More

This was our family's first camping trip. We tent camped by the creek and had a wonderful time. The site was clean and had plenty of room for the kids to play. The bathhouse was clean and we were able to get firewood and ice from the camp store. The kids loved swinging on the playground, and feeding the fish... More

In early August five over forty friends and I spent four nights here.  Over the last ten years we have had camping experiences ranging from no facility river banks to deluxe cabins. Four adults slept in Cabin #2 and two in a near by campsite. In the cabin a couple spent the night in the bedroom, an adult stayed in... More

We stayed here for 3 nights with a popup camper. It is definitely off the beaten path. The owners were very nice and wanted to get to know you. The bath house was clean and bug free! They had a pool and several outdoor activities. The trout pond was fun and they have rods to use. They use an honor... More

My family and I stayed at Kirkland Creek Campgrounds and we had such a good time! Gunny and Darlene truly welcome you with open arms! This campground is clean and is such a family friendly environment. Our favorite part was sitting on the swing in the shade and watching all the children play in the grass, playing horseshoes, swimming in... More

The minute I spoke to "Gunny" on the phone, I knew this was the place!! Lots of little extras to make the stay friendly and at home. We enjoyed the horse named "Red", the dog Cashmere, the fish pond, ducks, hiking, the pool, the site and the bath house was very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone for... More

My friend and I were coming up to white water raft on the Nanathala and we had already booked a camp ground. The morning we were set to arrive the camp ground called us to tell us they were closing the camp ground for a family emergency. We were both very stressed and worried that we might have to sleep... Very nice campground. Went there with 2 travel trailers and Gunny made sure we were in adjacent sites. My grandkids all loved the place, especially the pool and the horse. Bathrooms, showers, and the grounds were all clean and well taken care of. Will definitely camp there again.
