Simply the best B&B I have ever Experienced. Stayed in the Magnolia room that had a large outdoor patio. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The Inn's staff are cheerful and seem to be genuinely interested in making your stay pleasant and comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

We travel quite a bit and love staying in five star hotels to quaint bed & breakfast inns. Please trust me when I say this inn is well below average when it comes to customer service... Will never stay here again.... Staff treat you like you are a bother... We spent $170.00 per night during the week!!!! When checking out,... More

This is one of our favorite inns. We absolutely love it. So much charm and character. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel pampered, but are not intrusive. Rooms are gorgeous. We have stayed in several and all are different and appealing. We have our favorites, but you'll find yours. We stay at a lot of... More

This is one of the best inns anywhere. There several setting areas with fireplace . The stone stairways and floors and wood bark trim really give a nice reflection into time past. Breakfast was very good. The on site restaurant is not to be missed.

My husband and I decided to take a weekend get away. One of our friends recommended this Inn to us so we decided to check it out. Our room was so cozy and the bed was so comfortable. We decided to eat at their restaurant which was amazing. Next time we go back I think we will eat there every... More

I did lots of research and saw that this was the perfect place to stay in Blowing Rock. I wasn't disappointed. It as charming and cozy as can be! It's just a half block from the main drag of stores and restaurants, but we chose to have dinner at the Inn and it was great (as was the breakfast). The... More

The Ragged Garden is a very comfortable B&B within walking distance of all the town of Blowing Rock has to offer. Our room was on the first floor with a small sitting deck overlooking the garden. Our room was spacious although a bit dark [only light was from doors leading to said deck and hung with heavy wooden blinds] with... More

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Inn at Ragged Gardens. We were warmly greeted by Justine who enthusiastically checked us in, showed us our room and explained the room and Inn features. She also confirmed our dinner reservations at The Best Cellar and let us choose our anniversary dinner table. The Best Cellar restaurant is located in the... More

We stayed in the tree house suite and it was exactly what we were looking for...quiet, private, and very comfortable. We took full advantage of the steam shower and large whirlpool tub. Breakfast was great, not too complicated and freshly prepared. The pumpkin and pecan pancakes were delicious. We were late arriving and the hostess at the restaurant was very... More

This was the 2nd time we had stayed at the Inn at Ragged Gardens....never ever disappointing. The staff is wonderful, courteous, helpful and friendly. The rooms are amazing and the Best Cellar Restaurant is outstanding. Hope to return for a special occasion in the near future!
