Very friendly, knowledgable, helpful staff. They put together literally a last minute birthday surprise for a guest, after I had arrived. I found I was more sensitive to smoke then I remembered. I stayed over night at the turning stone casino with my family. We had five people and got two double beds and a roll in with plenty of room. The room was neat and clean and everyone working there was very nice and helpful. I have stayed here before and never have had a complaint. Great place to stay!

Spent the weekend for our anniversary at Turning Stone and stayed in the Tower. First time to TS and overall thought nice place. Staff very welcoming, lobby/reception area large and impressive. Fantastic! Wonderful room; Wonderful Staff! I was upgraded to a suite so I could be near my family in another room. The room was unbelievable! (room 1901!) Panoramic Windows! I have only stayed at the Lodge, in the past; however, now I will mix it up and stay at both properties. Loved it!

I have stayed at the Turning Stone resort numerous times for business trips and never had any issues with the rooms or staff and I always look forward to my stay. The buffet is well worth checking out as well, plenty of good food for a fair price. The staff is curtious and the rooms are clean.
