Despite being marked as a non-smoking room, it stank of cigarettes. The whole property is run down.

Stayed here with family, got in after midnight, accessible to highway. Parking close to rooms, quick check in, rooms clean and comfortable what you'd expect for the price

We had reservations to stay the night while visiting Hamilton college. From the minute we walked into the lobby it was questionable. I could smell cigarette smoke and the lobby was not inviting. We apologize that our room was not accommodating to your needs. As for the smoke smell there was no smell on the first floor because we have no smoking rooms on the first floor. Our main goal is to offer our guests a clean room which is why all sheets and bed toppings are washed thoroughly, we also never rent... More

used savings coupon and the price was quite reasonable. the staff were very helpful, the room clean and comfortable and the fitness room a bonus. the continental breakfast was not fancy, but adequate with waffles
