Room was comfortable; however, bathroom had damaged tiles and some signs of mold. I believe that kitchens and bathrooms should always be kept clean and sanitized.

I stayed at this hotel(Howard Johnson East Syracuse on Thompson road) and it was the worst experience ever,i arrivied at 1:30 am and the attentendant assigned me a room that reeked of smoke,was moved to another room which had no fridge ,no working phone,no remote or microwave,the linens had holes in them ,the room smelled of mold,the heat was hard...
