Went there with the family during graduation, which obviously means ridiculously overpriced rates. The hotel was at maximum capacity so the staff were clearly overstretched, the person at reception would be driving the shuttle and so on, so credit for the staff on really doing their best. We stayed in this hotel for one evening. It was clean and the parking was included. The staff were helpful and friendly. The brunch was inexpensive and overall I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. You will likely need to leave the AC on as the street noise can be loud but is easily blunted with a little white noise.

This hotel is very modern and has a terrific lobby/bar/lounge area as well as business center. The rooms are modern all updated. Stay here for business or pleasure. It is my wife's favorite hotel in Syracuse.

I stayed here while visiting for a high pressure job interview at the University, and I found my room miraculously relaxing and peaceful. Great decor, comfy bed, and lovely rain shower. Look past the cheesy exterior. It's a gem.

This is a lovely hotel. But, we were staying for the Street Car Nationals for 5 days and could not unpack our suitcases because there were no dresser drawer in our room. There is very limited space to hang anything and no storage. Pretty hotel and friedly staff but can not recomend for any more than two nights.
