My sister and I were tired of staying in boring hotels that all look alike and so decided to stay in a B&B during a shopping week-end in Syracuse. It was a dreary, miserable week-end and we were glad to have a lovely, warm, comfortable home to return to at night. Phil, the host, had many tales to tell, but... More

We stayed at Barrington Inn as a last-minute Friday night addition to a long weekend. It was a pleasant surprise to find a first-class bed-and-breakfast in the mansion district of Syracuse complete with a hot tub and fireplace on the patio. The room was lovely and Phillip and Faye were most interesting hosts. We had dinner at Riley's Irish pub... More

My husband and I stayed at Barrington Manor last summer during the CYN Jazz Festival. We had a great time talking with Faye and Philip. They were charming. The rooms were clean and very comfy. The breakfast was great. A lot of fresh fruit and old fashion home cooking. I would definitely stay there again.

This was such a surprise! A gorgeous English tudor with beautiful grounds and a rooftop patio!! There's even an outdoor spa area! The owners are delightful and made us feel very welcome. There was a plentiful breakfast and wifi. We'd definitely stay there again!! It's a hidden gem right near Syracuse University!

This B&B is under new ownership, and the owners are a Mr. and Mrs. Barrington. They moved to Syracuse from South Carolina a year or two ago. When we visited, they were making a number of renovations to the building and property. We had only stayed at one B&B previously, and we were very impressed with the Barringtons and their... More

Don't let Ed fool you. We had a written confirmation from him to stay at the Bed and Breakfast during Syracuse University's Parents Weekend. He forgot to put us in his reservation book!!! There was no room...and no compensation. He does not think much of his place since he recommended hotels that were 2 Star and 30% satisfactory rate to... More

We stayed at this inn for valentine's day. We stayed in violets room, which was a very small but romantic room. The innkeepers were very nice. Breakfast was nothing special, did'nt like having breakfast with other people in the dining room. Overall this inn was very nice, but would not go back.
