Great place to stay. A little tricky seeing the driveway off Erie Blvd. and the sign is way too small. Ended up passing it, and having to u-turn and making a little detour on the one way streets. Next time I will know where to go. Super clean & friendly. Thanks

The hotel staff was welcoming, professional and jovial. The room was more than what I expected for the price. Breakfast was very good, at least by my taste. The only inconvenience is that a taxi is needed to go to town. This is a very good deal for the price.

The best Hampton Inn!! Modern & Spotless. It is 3 years old & looks brand new. Kelly at the front desk was terrific! Breakfast / Lobby area is well designed & inviting. Traveling with a group & we all agreed that the hotel was wonderful. Great location too!

Stayed at this hotel with my daughter in April 2013 and was pleased every step of the way. Our 4th floor room was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was sufficent and exactly what you would expect at a Hampton Inn. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

A group of us from Ottawa stayed at this hotel to celebrate Easter. We were three families with small children. The location is perfect as most stores and restaurants are close by. staff not overly friendly. Noise from adjacent room doors shutting was very loud late at night and early in morning. Liked the size of the King Suite but not best 2 night stay. Convenient to downtown Syracuse, right off Rt.690 with large selection of restaurants on Erie Blvd (Dominick's, Delmonico's).

This hotel is a true "business" person hotel. Easy access off the highway, clean and quiet rooms, decent Hampton Inn breakfast. Traveled here with my family in April 2013. Hotel seems newer and really clean. I was pleasantly surprised but the rooms and everyone seemed nice. Area around the hotel doesn't seem that great but once we got into the hotel it was nice. I would recommend this hotel while visiting the Syracuse, NY area.
