This was my first bed and breakfast stay, and I am grateful that I was able to have the initial experience with Springwater. I had always been hesitant about staying at a B&B because I felt they would lack privacy and be uncomfortably intimate, but Springwater proved my preconceived notions wrong. Leslie greeted us upon our arrival and was kind... More

I review boutique hotels for a living and this bed and breakfast beats at least 50% of the hotels I see hands down. Why? First they haven't cut corners - where they have used less than the best it's only because it adds to the experience. The mother and daughter team here are some of the most charming people I... More

We loved our room at the Springwater Inn – one of the best we have ever stayed in. It was beautifully furnished and not a single thing was missing: it had a large bed, large sofa, fireplace, table & chairs, a fridge, high ceilings with fan, a very large bathroom with walk-in shower and even a covered balcony. The owners... More

This B & B was one of the best we have ever stayed in! This newly constructed B & B has both modern amenities and old world charm. It is spotless, with beautiful antique decor. The rooms are spacious and have much natural light. The mother/daughter owners are so gracious, warm and welcoming. The full home cooked breakfast is delicious... More

Loved our experience here! A very special way to round out 2012. We will be back! Arriving in the snow, the property had a beautiful winter glow. The owners gladly let us borrow their snow shoes to go for a stroll in the nearby state park. Very warm and attentive without being intrusive. Fresh made breakfast is amazing too!

This B&B is a new house with old house charm. It has carefully integrated, modern amenities. It was masterfully designed, decorated, and created to provide a wonderful restful atmosphere with all the great comforts that you would want in your own home, from radiant floor heating and fire places, to roomy bathrooms with rain showers. This was probably the most... More

We stayed at this B&B for the night before election day and it was just as perfect as it gets! The owner family is very friendly and gives you a nice and warm welcome. You just feel at home... The room (we stayed in the State Seal Spring Room) was not just very clean and big, but also very cozy... More

This is absolutely the best Bed & Breakfast you will ever stay in. First, the place was built as a B&B and everything is brand new with large, well appointed rooms with fantastic amenities like gas fireplaces and huge tubs. Second, the inn keepers Leslie, Peter, and Lyn are an amazing team and produce the best breakfast dishes imaginable with... More

Thank you for your suggestions; many are good ones and several are on our “to do” list. We will address a few of them in the order you presented. There is an ice machine, iron & board and other items in a “guest” closet on the second floor which you should have been told about upon checking in and since... More

Leslie, Lyn and Peter went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. After the hustle and bustle of NYC, we were looking forward to some R&R in Saratoga. Now that we're well rested, fed and caffeinated, it's time to continue on our tour of the US of A. Thanks
