Stayed for one night. I was amazed how clean the place was. The room didn't smell like anything. The carpet was like new! The window opens (that is a great plus) so you can get that great Aidirondack air. Very friendly and helpfull desk clerks. Will be back for sure, very soon!

Somehow my reservation booked the wrong day and when i tried to get a refund the GM was just nasty as ever the worst customer service i have ever had at a hotel! Needless to say I canceled the right day I originally wanted because of his poor customer service skills!!!!! Do not give the place your time of day!
