“nice place to stay”

We always stop here enroute to Boston-staff is helpful, rooms are clean and quiet. Bathrooms could use some updating tho have always been clean. Good water pressure even on upper floor. Only issue we have had is finding somewhere to eat after 10pm on a weekday

This is our 3rd time staying here as our daughter goes to college in Rochester. The hotel is in a great location and quiet, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My family and I stayed at this Comfort Suites because it was close to the zoo and Minor League ballpark. Safe neighborhood and clean although the rooms could use an upgrade - nothing serious, but showing a lot of signs of wear-and-tear. The staff were nice and breakfast was decent. Very nice location. Felt safe leaving our vehicle in the parking lot. Very nice and clean room. Impressive king bed size we also had a pull out sofa bed which was the size of a queen bed, so mommy and daddy had a great nights sleep, (yea I can see the smirks) lol. The rooms are nice and well kept. The breakfast is good. The only issue I had with breakfast was the lady keeping the area. She seemed to be fishing for tips and it was annoying.
