“Has potential, But just not good presently”

PROS: -spacious room -updated bathrooms with double sinks -firm mattress CONS -very poorly/dimly lit hallways/rooms -had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive at front desk to check in -very small, outdated tube television...possibly from the 70's -hallways and rooms smelled very old...had to purchase air freshner -shared wrap around balcony..no privacy...table on balcony filthy...had trash and leaves piled... What can you say to this? How can one room out of 12 be without hot water when the other 11 have it? How can there be no hot water when the furnace is working properly? How can there be no hot water when we have one of the guests put their hand under the faucet to feel the heat?... More

Excellent service and comfortable. Our hostess Kathy could not be nicer. The restaurant, Kindred Spirits, was an unexpected treat; smooth jazz and delicious food and drink. Great location for day tripping in Woodstock and Catskill mountain Park/ski areas. Highly recommend.
