We stayed in Spitia for two nights while in Santorini in July, 2011. The location is perfect: you can see sunset directly from the balcony; Breakfast and service are great; and there is a small pool at the balcony. Spitia houses are located on the northern edge of Oia. It has probably the best view for the famous sunsets. The house is cute and cozy, yet basic. Just back from a great week in Santorini. As others have commented, there are a lot of steps in Oia - in fact there are a lot of steps everywhere on the Caldera side of the island.
