The only reason I am giving a positive rating to this hotel is because of its proximity to Niagara Falls State Park. Not even 5 minutes walking. Everything else counts against it. First, the positive. I like the location, and the fact that u have a pool. But, the rooms need a lot of work. Carpets, tubs, etc. are simply not clean enough, or in good order. Broken- Hair dryer, clock radio, phone, bathroom exhaust, and don't look anywhere that is not easy to clean or you will notice 5 years of dust. The non-smoking room smelled like a bar.
