“Very Poor Experience”

About two weeks ago my spouse and I traveled to Niagara Falls hoping to have a great weekend. However, upon arrival at the Travelodge Niagara Falls our weekend was turned upside down. Room was bland. All lighting was CFL bulbs. Heat was set low/off and we needed to turn it on to warm up the room. Continental breakfast items listed on website indicated more items were available than actually was. The breakfast lounge was un-manned.

Nothing wrong with the room as such, but lacked any character, the whole place was on winter break already and the staff was not engaged. In addition, there was no breakfast provided.
