A perfect B and B away from the touristy parts of Niagara Falls and close to walking and hiking trails. Very cordial host. Would definitely stay again. The area seemed very safe and centrally located. Easy parking. Nice breakfast with coffee ready early.

Historic house, sympathetically adapted for bed and breakfast. Our large room had its own sun room attached which we enjoyed. The host, Mike, was friendly and chatty in the mornings and provided a good breakfast with both fruit and a cooked element. The b&b is within walking distance of the falls. Easy on-road parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, walking distance to American Falls and town. Comfortable rooms, great breakfast home prepared and fresh. Welcoming hosts. Definitely recommend for a relaxing stay. Butler House is also on the pickup route for Grayline tours with a door to door service. For dinner, try Wine on Third - great wine list and excellent food.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Butler House B&B. Great rooms, great location (short walk to the Aquarium where you can take the trolley to all the visitor attractions on the US side of the falls), great breakfast, great chocolate cake! & great hospitality. Closely located to all the sites, the Butler House is a nice place to stay if you want to be able to walk to the falls after having a delicious breakfast cooked to order by Mike. Wifi and tv in rooms. Owners are attentive and welcoming. Will definitely stay at Butler House again if we get back to Niagara!
